Digital oil painting color adjustment
(1) Care must be taken when color matching. Generally, try a small sample first, and initially obtain the quantity of paint to be matched, and then prepare a large sample according to the results of the small sample. First, adjust the secondary and secondary colors separately in a small container.
(2) First add the main color (the color with a large amount and small tinting strength in the color matching), and then slowly and intermittently add the dark color (or color matching) with a large dyeing power, and keep stirring, and observe the color change at any time.
(3) "From shallow to deep", especially when adding pigments with strong tinting strength, do not overdo it.
(4) When color matching, there will be slight differences in the color of the paint and the dried film. The color of various paints is generally lighter when wet film, and when the paint dries, the color deepens. Therefore, if the incoming sample is a dry sample, the color matching paint needs to be dried before performing color measurement comparison; if the incoming sample is a wet sample, you can drop a drop of the sample in the color matching paint to observe whether the two colors are the same.
(5) The floating degree of the primary color in the multi-color paint and the change of the paint should be known in advance, especially the amino paint and perchloroethylene paint, and more attention should be paid.
(6) When formulating multi-color paints, the paints with the same properties should be selected to be mixed with each other, and the solvent system should also be miscible. .
(7) Since the color often has various color heads, if it is matched with positive green, generally use yellow with green head and blue with yellow head; when matching purple, should use blue with red head and blue head. Red; when paired with orange, red with a yellow head and yellow with a red head should be used.
(8) Pay attention to the color of auxiliary materials, such as driers, curing agents, thinners, etc., to be added in the process of color allocation, so as not to affect the color. In the preparation of gray, green and other multi-color paints, due to the preparation of various pigments, the density and oil absorption of the pigments are different, and the phenomenon of "floating color" and "flowering" is likely to occur. At this time, a small amount of surfactant can be added as appropriate. Or leveling agent, anti-floating agent to solve. Just add 0.2%-2%.
